Deborah M. Quinn
Deborah Quinn is a highly accomplished executive search professional with demonstrated strength in the successful completion of search engagements for clients representing a broad range of industries and functional areas.
Ms. Quinn’s diverse experience includes work in financial services, consulting, consumer products, operations and technology both in the U.S and international markets.
A recent assignment for a major U.S. Insurance company entailed staffing their new operation in Europe. This included placing 38 professionals in Swords, Ireland and 26 professionals in Great Britain. Over the past 20 years Ms. Quinn has consistently proven her ability to quickly understand her client’s goals and objectives, as well as their immediate staffing requirements.
Prior to founding Quinn & Associates, Inc, Ms.Quinn was the National Director of Strategic Planning for the Actuarial, Compensation, Benefits & Healthcare Practice at Ernst & Young. As such she was responsible for institutionalizing the executive recruiting process for all professional staff needs and acquisitions of similar businesses
She designed, developed and implemented processes and policies to maximize the effectiveness of external recruiting sources.
Ms. Quinn created processes, metrics, and internal controls that greatly increased the quality and efficiency of the firm’s strategic staffing process.
Ms. Quinn was a Senior Manager with KPMG’s Consulting Practice, VP of University Relations and Diversity Recruiting with Citibank and a Research Assistant at Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
For 16 years, Ms. Quinn has managed her own firm, providing unbundled executive search services for clients such as Towers Perrin, Mercer HR, NY Life Insurance, The Hartford, Kohler, Fuji, AXA Insurance and BDO Seidman.
