World Citizens

Some people live to work. Some people work to live. To many is given the opportunity to do more & encourage others. We are defined not by our income but by what we did with the talents afforded us to make a difference. We work in a spirit of inclusion & practical optimism – and this lies at the heart of Lisnagol’s Global Diversity & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) philosophy:

“keep it simple. whatever you do, make a difference”

[We believe in Diversity & Social Responsibility - in Action. Not just words in a brochure]

As the world opens for business and as technology opens up the audience of those gifted professionals with whom we may work together as a team, there is tremendous opportunity for positive social change through how we do business on a day-to-day basis. We and our partners embrace this change wholeheartedly. Our diversity & social responsibility policy is not a mere adjunct, press piece or add-on – it is a clever and thoughtful, integrated business strategy that enhances our business & that of our clients – while it also enhances the lives of others.

Our team locally and remotely has a common goal around business development, business execution, and giving back. On the Research & Sourcing side of the business, we are closely partnered with a woman-founded business in Kenya. In addition, we have a growing team of research associates in additional locations around the world, such as the Philippines. Our business model is built on providing real, value-added work to our team members that improves their professional and personal circumstances – not just sending them charitable contributions or give-away work. The work that our team produces is world-class and second-to-none. We are very proud of our colleagues and our work together.

In addition, we set aside 10% of net proceeds that we have committed to re-investing back into our client and team member (partner) communities where the need for help is greatest. It is a “last, first” approach – doing whatever we can, as we go about our business, to help those for whom there is little or no other help available. The program that we are exploring currently in Nairobi is focused on education, that is local education support (the provision of books etc) and specifically helping women successfully complete higher education so  that they can then go back and help others through the system that otherwise drags them back down into the slums. We work in both the “now” and we also invest in the “future”.

Together with our partners, we provide a harmonized, global solution that is not only responsive to client needs and requirements – it is also designed to support local community reinvestment and the advancement of diversity-in-action initiatives worldwide.

This is why we term this “global diversity & social responsibility partnering” in action.
